Hey everyone.

I am looking to get into a CLA45 AMG when it arrives.
I am a car enthusiast and have never owned a Mercedes before.

Looking forward to the cars debut and meeting any potential owners in Calgary for a meet

Based on CLA 250 with sport styling package

Starts from the CLA 250 model equipped with the sport cosmetic kit and installed a front chin spoiler, diffuser, matte silver air splitters for the bumper, along with a four-pipe exhaust system with 90mm pipes. Custom set of ten-spoke alloys with different tires.

This is only a styling package.

Dash Mounted Touchscreen

I wanted to start a discussion relating to the touchscreen mounted on the dash. I see they made it easier to produce the car since it's either going to have the 5.8 inch screen or the 7 inch one, and they can use one dashboard, but doesn't it look a little, well, goofy. If I wanted a bump on the dash, I'd use a $99. portable nav.

Thanks for the site. Currently own Mercedes last attempt at a sub $30,000 car, the C230 Kompressor hatchback. After a few glitches under warranty mostly I've mostly enjoyed the past 11 years. After devouring every morsel of information about the new CLA250 I'm looking forward to sitting in it and seeing how much I hate the screen sticking out of the dashboard. They couldn't recess it like almost every other manufacturer.

CLA lease deal / lease rates?

Anyone have any idea how the CLA is going to lease out? I imagine that Mercedes will eventually position the car with a lease special below the C-Class, but usually when a new model comes out the lease rates are not great.

I ordered my CLA with Patagonia Red. Online, it says it will be $720, my dealer that I ordered it from wasn't sure of the price, and another dealer told me it would be $1700....anyone have a real cost for the upgraded paint option? Thanks!
